Garment Washing Guide: Decorated or undecorated athletic garments are never to be washed with any type of bleach or harsh detergent. Always follow garment label washing instructions. Non mechanical washing and hang drying is always recommended for garment longevity and color retention.

All sewn tackle twill orders receive zigzag machine stitching.

To Order loose twill or iron on letters/numbers you apply, type details of your order (qty, font style, size and twill color)  inside the equipment/special instructions ordering box at top of order form; remember to include applicable, small order charges as noted below if your order is under $100

Small Order Charges for Decoration Cost under $100 & S/H:
For orders under $75.00; a small order charge of $20.00 will apply.
For orders of $75.00, but less than $100.00 a small order charge of $15.00 will apply.
Shipping/Handling: 10% for domestic continental USA ground service, Minimum s/h is $10

 Exception, on full button up style garments, for team name on front,  placement will be on front left chest unless right chest is specified, we cannot print a full chest size team name on front of a full button up garment, refer to sewn on tackle twill as an alternative.

depending on the option chosen,  price will include Team Name with or without a stock clip art design, lettering and number type styles as displayed. When choosing Script font, an attached solid tail with or without lettering reversed out inside tail is available at no additional cost.

Additional Cost Options for screen printing not included in options noted above:

1) $8.50 per garment for players individual names in one color 2" or 3" plain block straight or regular arch; minimum charge is for 12  players names. 

2) $60.00 per color to reproduce customer provided drawing, lettering style, sample or logo not covered above.

3) $30.00 per color for customer supplied camera ready art or film positive (black on white), computer disk or E-files ( subject to quality and compatibility).

4) Color Change $15.00 per change

5) Add $1.00 per garment to above prices for high stretch material like Lycra, Spandex, etc.

6) Color Match or Custom color $30.00 per color

There is always a possibility that  dye in darker colors of polyester material  will tint the light color plastisol inks utilized to print your order; we have no control over this occurrence, as a result, to achieve the best looking product possible, we will apply an additional layer of ink at our discretion, this could save you the major expense of replacing garments on which the material dye has bled into the ink.  Despite our best efforts to provide a quality print, we will not assume responsibility for bleeding of dye in a small percentage of polyester into our ink.

 

"Sewn On Tackle Twill"  
tackle twill decoration is a flat material letter or number widely used to decorate athletic uniforms that is die cut and then normally sewn onto the garment using a zig zag stitch.

Lettering: One color twill sewn on letters for Ball Caps, 2" tall letter in any tackle twill font noted above is $3.00 per one color letter, $5.50 per two color letter. Add $1.50 per cap for  interlocking of two letters.
